Here is a very brief look at the lovely wedding of Emma and Alex.

I always enjoy my trip up the road to Coombe Lodge in Blagdon, when I say up the road I mean from Devon as it always reminds me of times I jump in the car with my family and head to Bristol airport for family holidays, good times, as it’s on those bendy roads we eventually wind up at the airport! Seems quite a distant memory at the minute during these unprecedented times in the UK, all in lockdown over the Easter break, but we WILL get there!!

Emma and Alex went for a little wonder around the grounds before food, it’s pretty impressive to be fair walking about there and lots to see, just a short walk, no more than 20 minutes, then back to the reception, like they have never been away.

Food done and then the speeches, where I witnessed Alex’s FOUR best men (that was brave to have) take him down!

They asked for a sparkler photo, they got a sparkler photo. Rain not a problem, where the guests stood under the venue cover and I under an umbrella, kindly held by a staff member from Coombe Lodge, where I (geek photography bit) backlit it all to get a nice shiny glisten and sparkle off the rain.

Hope you like looking and remember…
